{"h1": "Land Manager Role at OXBO", "p": "We are seeking an experienced Land Manager to join our team at OXBO, a leading renewable energy developer. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing land for our solar PV and BESS projects.

Your primary focus will be on land assembly and property-related agreements, from initial site identification to financial close. You will work closely with our project development team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of land agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

* Negotiating and securing Heads of Terms, Option and Lease agreements with landowners
* Identifying and approaching landowners to agree rent and other commercial terms
* Overseeing and managing the drafting and completion of land agreements
* Undertaking title searches to ascertain property ownership and other rights
* Maintaining budgets and development expenditure in respect of land assembly activities
* Providing support in the identification, feasibility, evaluation and development of new projects
* Managing a diverse range of external and internal stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

* Experience in managing, negotiating and securing land and other property-related agreements
* Proficient in land and real estate transactions and associated legal documentation
* Commercially astute with an attention to detail and understanding of risk
* Excellent business development ability and keen awareness of potential opportunities
* Experience of consultation with internal and external stakeholders and developing strong working relationships
* Accreditation with a relevant professional institute
* Educated to degree level (ideally rural surveying, estate management or a relevant land/property-related discipline)
* Full UK driving license
