Early Years Inclusion Advocate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Inclusion Advocate. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive in an inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Inclusion Advocate, you will work closely with children who have additional educational needs, fostering their development and learning. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with educators and specialists to create tailored learning experiences for children with diverse needs.
  • Supporting individual and group activities that promote engagement and learning.
  • Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers to enhance support for children.
  • Monitoring and assessing children's progress, adapting strategies as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
  • Contributing to the development of inclusive practices within the educational setting.
