About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction worker to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general labour duties on the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment, and following instructions from the site supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labour duties on the construction site, including manual tasks and maintenance work.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues by adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work well in a team to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the job site, including waste management and site housekeeping.
  • Assist with various tasks as required by the project, including equipment operation and material handling.
Requirements
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Previous experience in construction or labourer roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
