About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Lincoln secondary school. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN
  • Work with the school's SEN team to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Support pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to pupil support

  • Experience of supporting pupils with SEN
  • Strong background in Positive Behaviour Support
  • Ability to work with challenging behaviour and complex needs
  • Current DBS on the update service or willingness to provide a new one
  • Ability to commute to Lincoln
