Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Gas Engineer to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their HVAC systems are running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with set engineering standards, adhering to the Health & Safety at Work Act and company safety procedures.
- Respond to Reactive Works, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks, as well as minor fabric issues.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota to ensure prompt response to client needs.
- Accurately complete paperwork according to company policy and procedure.
- Provide detailed engineering condition reports and quotations to clients.
- Utilize tablet interface via the client's Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) application, demonstrating proficiency in IT skills.
Requirements
- Hold a valid ACS certification in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements.
- Be proficient in Oil OFTEC servicing.
- Have experience with plumbing tasks, toilet repairs, water heater repairs, and other related maintenance activities.
- Possess basic IT skills, including proficiency in Web Quote, Email, CAFM, PDA, and other relevant applications.
