About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Community Band 5 role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of physical and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify patient needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Full OT qualifications and HCPC registration
  • UK Occupational Therapy experience, preferably in a community setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
