Job Opportunity in Urology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urology Specialist to join our team at the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with urological conditions. The role will involve leading and supporting junior doctors and medical students, as well as participating in teaching and supervision.

The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with other clinical and medical teams to deliver excellent patient care and contribute to the development of our urology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and support to junior doctors and medical students
  • Undertake all work in accordance with the Trust's procedures and operating policies
  • Participate in teaching and supervision of junior doctors and students
  • Work collaboratively with other clinical and medical teams to deliver excellent patient care
Person Specification
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Evidence of 4 years (FTE) postgraduate training in the UK (or equivalent training), of which at least 2 years training must be in relevant specialty or a recognised equivalent training
  • Research Skills: demonstrates understanding of the principles of research, evidence of relevant academic and research achievements
