Clarus Education Ltd is collaborating with a dedicated primary school in Central London, seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to take on several Graduate Teaching Assistant positions.

This school is renowned for its exceptional teacher training programs, making it an ideal environment for aspiring educators who wish to inspire and engage young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist EYFS or KS1 Class Teachers in daily activities
  • Provide support to the entire class as well as small groups
  • Conduct targeted intervention sessions
  • Facilitate access to learning for all students
  • Offer specialized assistance to students with mild SEN and English as an Additional Language (EAL)

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduates with a minimum of a 2:1 degree
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a positive and proactive attitude is essential
  • Must demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Position Details:

  • Full-time commitment, Monday to Friday
  • Term-time only
  • Duration: Full academic year
  • Compensation: £85 - £100 per day
