Your Role: As an Event Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our events shine and leave a lasting impression on our clients and audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily assistance to event project managers, ensuring a clear understanding of client objectives and requirements.
  • Capture client actions and update project plans accordingly.
  • Maintain commercial awareness and assist with project financial reconciliation.
  • Coordinate logistics for crew, including accommodation, travel, and catering.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with third-party suppliers.
  • Oversee pre-event logistics and on-site event setup.
  • Support on-site during event build, live delivery, and de-rigging.
  • Manage client event registration processes.
  • Coordinate event staff and volunteers for seamless operations.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Assist with general event administration as directed.
  • Support the team in developing client proposals and conducting event research.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Budgeting and financial management expertise.
  • Knowledge of event planning processes.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a similar event or agency environment.
