As a Maintenance Technician, you will collaborate closely with production teams to ensure optimal equipment and plant performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.


  • Responsibilities include planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Diagnosing and resolving machine and facility breakdowns as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for external technical support when necessary.
  • Managing inventory of spare parts and consumables within budget constraints.
  • Overseeing maintenance tools, storage, and equipment.
  • Continuously assessing the maintenance strategy for efficient labor use and minimizing machine downtime.
  • Collaborating with the Production Manager to establish preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and ancillary equipment.
  • Executing planned maintenance activities and reviewing tasks and frequencies to ensure optimal care for all machinery and ancillary equipment.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all statutory inspections, testing, and certifications while maintaining adequate records.
