Job Title: Part-Time Recruitment and HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our HR-CL Limited team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements.
    • Review and shortlist job applicants.
    • Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually.
    • Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews.
  • HR Documentation Management:
    • Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters.
    • Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed.
  • General Support:
    • Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within Tecna UK.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
