About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic Supervisor to join our team at Babcock Mission Critical Services España SA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and welfare
- Develop and implement performance management strategies, including objective setting and appraisals
- Manage resource levels, including absence management and annual leave
- Administer systems, including ERP, safety near misses, and asset management
Requirements
- Completed relevant technical or vocational qualification equivalent to NQF Level 3 (Advanced apprenticeship, level 3 NVQ)
- Educated to Level 2 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (Intermediate apprenticeship, Level 2 NVQ, GCSE – Grade A* - C, O Level A – C, CSE Grade 1) or equivalent workplace experience
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
