Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Parts Advisors

Prima Ardelle Associates is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at a volume dealer in the Tunbridge Wells area.

As a key member of our Parts Department, you will work closely with a dedicated and knowledgeable team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

  • Previous experience in the motor trade is essential for this role.
  • You will be responsible for working within a team to deliver parts to our busy workshop.
  • Knowledge of the motor trade and parts department is crucial for success in this position.
  • You will need to have experience in goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, stock rotation, pre-picking parts, and dealing with electronic vehicle health checks.
  • Familiarity with the Kerridge system is a plus, but not essential.
  • You will work well in a team and be highly organized.
  • A good technical/mechanical understanding is required to aid in parts identification.
