Nurse in Medical Specialties

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Lomond Ward in the Vale of Leven. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a busy acute medical environment.
As a Band 5 Nurse, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent patient outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a busy acute medical environment
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Assess patients and develop and implement care plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a live NMC UK pin and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro-rata for part-time staff.
