Key Responsibilities:- Assist consultants in the sourcing and selection of candidates.
- Manage interview processes, including arranging interviews and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Work towards flexible KPI targets to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Develop and implement effective candidate marketing strategies.
- Format and review CVs to ensure they meet our clients' requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients via phone, email, and video calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A basic understanding of electronics or software engineering would be advantageous but not required.
