Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure activities undertaken on sites are carried out to the highest practicable safety standards and delivered to programme.
  • Support the demands of the growing business in liquid and powder process solution equipment, consumable supplier to the food, beverage, brewery, bakery, dairy and utility industries throughout the UK.
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers to deliver all aspects of project requirements.
  • Deliver projects in line with agreed work scope and requirements.
  • Plan and resource labour, plant and materials to meet programme.
Requirements:
  • Recognised mechanical engineering qualification (NVQ City & Guilds).
  • Engineering experience including a supervisory role managing people.
  • Must come from a FMCG background.
  • Strong people management experience.
  • A multi-skilled background.
  • Experience of planned installations and small activities.
  • Appropriate professional mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications and training.
  • Thorough understanding of common mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Outlook.
