- Administer medication through a peg tube, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
- Monitor and supervise oxygen saturation levels and seizure activity, taking prompt action if necessary.
- Provide stoma care, including changing and maintaining ostomy appliances.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, and support clients with mobility and transfer needs.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Maintain and update care plans, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
