We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for our Events Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research to final visual design.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
  • Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, with a background in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Previous experience as a Senior or Lead Designer.
  • An excellent portfolio showcasing previous work.
