Teaching Personnel is working with Virtual Schools in Nottinghamshire to recruit a dedicated Tutor to support children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. Key Responsibilities:- Work with children and young people who display challenging behavior
- Utilize de-escalation training to create a safe and supportive environment
- Collaborate with the school to develop individualized education plans
- Provide emotional support and motivation to children from vulnerable backgrounds
- Competitive pay rates of £25 to £30 per hour
- Access to unique CPD opportunities to enhance your qualifications and knowledge
- An experienced Consultant and dedicated on-call service
