About the Role

VCCP Health is seeking a skilled Mid-Weight Creative Producer to join our team. As a key member of our health business, you will be responsible for managing projects from scoping to final delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the overall project approach and manage the process throughout, driving the project through the agency and third parties from start to finish.
  • Manage internal and external production teams, ensuring the partnership teams or external suppliers are brought in at the correct stages and up to date throughout the project.
  • Work closely with the Resource Manager to ensure the creative and medical writing teams are resourced correctly to ensure the smooth running of all projects on time.
  • Report on progress, risk, and issues to the Project Director and Account team, working with them to mitigate risks.
  • Consistently strive to achieve completion of projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Requirements
  • A passion for organisation and project management.
  • Proven project management experience, with experience across production (print, digital, and film) and in a fast-paced agency.
  • Passion and pride for delivering the best possible creative solutions, while diplomatically balancing practical constraints.
  • Ability to define the overall project approach, communicate, and manage throughout the process, ensuring everyone is on the same page and clear on what is expected of them.
  • Understanding of the people you work with and how to communicate with each to get the best out of them and ultimately, the project.
