Orka Financial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Accounting and Consolidation to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the preparation of the Group consolidation and cash flow under US GAAP on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Group Consolidation and Cash Flow: Prepare the Group consolidation and cash flow under US GAAP on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Technical Accounting: Assess technical accounting matters and produce accounting memos where appropriate.
- Financial Statements: Prepare the financial statements for the purpose of the quarterly and annual filings with the SEC.
- Share-Based Payments: Maintain share-based payments grants/exercises in Shareworks, and appropriate accounting thereof.
- External Audit: Lead the Group's external audit process.
- Financial Processes: Ensure the operation and effectiveness of financial processes in accordance with SOX 404a.
- Technical Advice: Provide technical accounting advice and coaching to the finance team and throughout the business.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £90,000-£110,000.
- A bonus and stock package.
