Job Description

Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Anderselite. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed design development.
  • Collaborate with project leaders, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met and that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all information is accurate, clear, and concise.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of junior architects, technicians, and other support staff to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
