Exciting Opportunity for a Board-Certified Ophthalmology Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced board-certified or residency-trained Ophthalmology Clinician to join our dedicated team at Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists in Alton, Hampshire, United Kingdom.

About the Role

This is a maternity cover position for a 1-year period, offering the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a fully equipped Ophthalmology-specific consulting room and surgical suite. You will become part of our Specialist-led multi-disciplinary clinical team, working alongside highly motivated residents, specialty and general interns, skilled nurses, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ophthalmic care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
  • Collaborate with other services within the hospital to optimize patient care
  • Participate in regular BVA/KC/ISDS EYE testing sessions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ophthalmic services and protocols
