Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety and wellbeing requirements by providing expert advice to departmental managers, safety representatives and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing reports from contractors working on our premises or assets
  • Submitting reports as required to the HSE
  • Working with departments to maintain and undertake a rolling program of workplace inspections and audits to promote health and safety working practices
  • Developing campaigns or communications on health, safety and wellbeing topics
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing plans for implementation

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a health, safety and wellbeing role, internal auditing experience and be a Member of IOSH or equivalent.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate and working knowledge of ISO standards.
