About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Prevention Officer to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you will play a critical role in mitigating the risk of fraudulent activity and protecting our business from financial threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor transactions in line with our internal risk controls to identify potential fraudulent activity.
  • Assess the risk of deposit, withdrawal, and product activity to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Analyse customer information, betting and gaming patterns, and other forms of activity to accurately identify risk behaviours.
  • Use proactive investigation techniques to identify new and emerging threats to our business.
  • Produce detailed reports regarding fraudulent activity to inform our risk management strategies.
  • Provide 2nd line support to the operation regarding fraud and risk-related queries.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce consistent results.
  • Self-motivation and ability to perform a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem solve and find effective resolutions.
  • Ability to work to high standards while under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word MS Office products.
  • Interest in Fraud and Risk.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, increasing to \u00a335,412 per annum upon successful completion of training, as well as an annual bonus scheme, long service recognition, a generous holiday allowance, and a wide range of other benefits.

This role requires a certain level of flexibility, working seven days on, seven days off (Monday-Sunday), between the hours of 20:30 and 08:00. Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
