Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless credit control service: Ensure timely and efficient collection of debts, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular reporting to clients.
  • Maximize collection performance: Proactively identify and pursue debtors, negotiate payment plans, and escalate matters to enforcement officers and solicitors as necessary.
  • Manage tenant ledgers: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant accounts, including reconciliations and contact information.
  • Work with stakeholders: Liaise with client accountants, surveyors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive business growth: Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and the growth of our credit control services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control, debt recovery, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with credit control software.
