We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our commercial property department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant issues, bank funding, and pension purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a comprehensive range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, and landlord and tenant issues.
  • Ensure all matters are conducted accurately and reliably in line with our quality and risk management procedures.
  • Generate fee income and maintain control over time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection.
  • Actively participate in business development and marketing activities to promote our firm.
  • Provide supervision and support to colleagues, covering for absences and holidays as needed.
  • Attend to clients in person and via telephone, delivering professional and friendly support consistent with our standards for client care.
  • Prepare correspondence and manage documents through our case management system.
  • Handle filing and the management of client files in accordance with office procedures.
  • Develop new work from existing clients and actively seek new clients.
Requirements
  • Must be an admitted solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE in commercial property law.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of case management systems and standard office applications.
