We are in search of Solution Architects to enhance our collaborative team, facilitating business transformations through strategic insights and enabling enduring change via practical technology applications. Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and implement their most challenging business and technical solutions. Throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, our Solution Architects maintain a hands-on, delivery-oriented approach across all domains and leading technologies, from optimizing digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency to developing digital services that expedite critical decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect and technology leader within our Digital & Data team, you will:

  • Collaborate directly with PA and client teams to define comprehensive technology solutions tailored to our clients' requirements. You may also assist clients in identifying their needs as they embark on their digital transformation journey. Expect to engage in projects with significant impact from day one.
  • Create and validate essential architectural artifacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, Reference Architectures, and Roadmaps. This will require employing a variety of consulting and stakeholder management skills to inform, engage, and influence colleagues and decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Support senior leaders in shaping their case for change, often leading cost estimation efforts and aiding in the development of detailed planning and benefits realization for the technology solutions you design.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams, frequently taking on a lead Subject Matter Expert role to define the vision, establish Architectural Guardrails, Architecture Runways, and Detailed Designs, while also resolving issues as they arise. Your background in hands-on Software Engineering will help you build credibility quickly.
  • Grasp and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to senior business leaders and their teams. Utilize your technical writing and presentation skills, supported by productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • Confidently apply your architectural skills across a wide range of domains, with expertise in at least one: Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding and practical application of architectural and delivery methodologies, including TOGAF, Zachmann, MODAF, or SAFe.
  • Utilize architecture modeling tools and frameworks to convey your ideas effectively, such as UML, ArchiMate, Ardoq, and others.
  • Design and implement architectural solutions within governance and target operating models, employing various working methods and delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and professional development. We value diverse experiences, so we do not impose strict requirements. Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are beneficial, including AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, and SAFe.
