Sugaringla is a leading provider of swim lessons, dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities. Our mission is to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist, also known as a Deck Ambassador. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our swim school.
Key Responsibilities
- Poolside Operations
- Set up and break down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
- Check water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
- Customer Service
- Answer customers' questions about their account, their child's progress, or about the program.
- Post media content and monitor social media platforms.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may be obtained during training.

- Flexible schedules - shifts are 4-5 hours; Shifts typically run on weeknights from 3-7 pm and on weekends during the morning hours.
