About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with extreme challenging behaviour needs in a local school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the teaching team to support students with behavioural difficulties in the classroom.
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, ensuring their emotional well-being and engagement in learning activities.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions to address challenging behaviours and promote positive behaviour.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized behaviour plans for students.
  • Monitor student progress, record observations, and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
