Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our client's premises are compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Fire compliance program to ensure that all premises are safe and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for all Fire compliance matters across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on Fire risk assessments and ensure that any remedial actions are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with schools staff to ensure that non-Fire statutory compliances are met across the Maintained School Portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in managing large-scale Fire contracts or other relevant areas.
  • Expert knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Proven track record in the end-to-end management of major Fire contracts.
