Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager

FRS Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading engineering firm located in Banbury, serving a diverse customer base including prominent global brands across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and be able to prepare monthly management accounts, including month-end journals, P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements. They will also be responsible for preparing periodic financial statements, departmental analysis, forecasts, budgets, cash analysis, variance analysis, and commentaries.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers. They will also be responsible for maintaining accounting processes and procedures, cash flow management, and forecasting.

In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000, plus study support and other company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of periodic financial statements
  • Regular bespoke client reporting
  • Maintenance of accounting processes and procedures
  • Cash flow management and forecasting
  • Fixed Asset maintenance and reporting
  • Support with the review and sign off of payroll
  • Implementation and improvement of strong internal controls
  • Act as a conduit for both internal and external audits
  • Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Qualified By Experience or CIMA qualification
