At Realise, we are dedicated to fostering children's development in a nurturing environment. Our goal is to ensure that children leave our care equipped with the confidence and social skills necessary for their future endeavors.

If you are interested in joining our team as an apprentice, please review the responsibilities outlined below:

  • Assist with fundamental care tasks
  • Maintain safeguarding and health and safety protocols
  • Conduct observations and planning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Take charge of a select group of key children

We require a minimum of grade 4 in Mathematics, English, and ICT or equivalent qualifications.

Training:
Your specific duties and responsibilities will be defined by your employer. Realise will equip you with comprehensive on-the-job training, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be integrated into your work schedule. If selected, you will undertake a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification
Functional skills in Mathematics and English, if necessary. This training will be provided through Realise's dedicated training partner.

Personal Qualities:
Opportunities for progression to Level 3, Room Head, Third in Charge, or Deputy roles.


Other Information:
A DBS check and subscription are required, which can be applied for upon acceptance. Candidates are expected to arrange their own transportation to and from work.
