We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV driver to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a HGV driver, you will be responsible for making multi-drop palletised deliveries to businesses and private addresses around the South West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security.
  • Planning route on a day-to-day basis.
  • Working closely with the network hubs.
  • Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations.
  • Attending regular training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Must hold either a UK Class 1 CE or Class 2 C Licence.
  • Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
  • Experience of curtain sider trailers is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Confident, polite and a team player.
  • Good geographical knowledge.

  • Salary for HGV Drivers is between £33,346pa - £37,514pa, depending on hours worked.
  • Hours of work are Monday - Friday, starting at 07:30hrs.
