The Role: Digital Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate digital communications professional to lead our internal communications strategy and operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on how we communicate with our employees.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our internal communication channels, ensuring best practices are implemented across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with our Workplace Technology team to define business requirements for all internal communications digital tools.
  • Partner with Function Internal Comms Managers to create a cohesive channel matrix that effectively reaches all employee segments.
  • Lead initiatives to improve existing channels and streamline our communication strategy based on our evolving priorities.
  • Manage our measurement and reporting processes, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement across all content and channels.
  • Support internal communications campaigns and editorial planning, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Contribute to the team by managing our editorial calendar and planning process.
