Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team at The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the HR Department and assist with various HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, including metrics and analytics.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including creating new hire packets and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Assist with employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
  • Provide support for employee benefits, including open enrollment and benefits administration.
  • Assist with employee communications, including creating and distributing company-wide announcements and updates.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
