**About JamDoughnut:**

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing Tech team and work across our suite of mobile and web applications to deliver an exceptional, bug-free customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications using Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement efficient and reliable integration with PostgreSQL databases, optimizing performance and data security.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy of our platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of software applications and systems.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, Ruby version managers, and modern JavaScript frameworks in a commercial environment.
  • Proven experience developing RESTful API backends for JavaScript applications.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with YAML and configuration management practices.
  • API design, implementation, and integration experience.
