  • Driver Compliance: Oversee driver compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring drivers are aware of their responsibilities and any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Transport Office Support: Provide support to the transport office, including planning and administration functions, to ensure the smooth operation of the transport function.
  • Communication: Act as a conduit between regional drivers and central functions, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Call Handling: Handle transport office calls, including vehicle breakdown recovery and driver-related enquiries, to provide timely and effective support.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements, protecting the data of all learners and employers in accordance with the regulations.
