Deputy Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at a highly reputable care provider in the Stockton on Tees area.

This is a full-time role, 44 hours per week on a rota basis, including on-call with 50% supernumerary time. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager at our large residential home, catering for the elderly and those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Develop and implement care plans to ensure high-quality care for residents
  • Lead a team of senior carers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Contribute to the development of the care home's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care and Level 3 Medication Administration
  • Experience in a care home setting at a senior level
  • Excellent care planning and CQC knowledge
  • A passion for person-centred care
