What impact will you have in this position?
This position is part of the Global Accounts Receivable team. An Agile Advocate serves as a facilitator for Engineering teams, promoting and implementing Agile methodologies to ensure the incremental delivery of prioritized tasks and value to end users. An Agile Advocate collaborates with the Product Owner and Engineering teams to embrace Agile principles and values, eliminate obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous enhancement.
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies that enable the Engineering team to deliver value in incremental and iterative cycles.
- Aids in the execution of the Program Increment (PI) by facilitating team-level events and collaborating with the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Assists the team in achieving the objectives set for the PI.
- Supports Product Owners in backlog refinement, ensuring backlog readiness, and defining 'ready' and 'done' criteria while assisting in the creation of user stories.
- Coordinates across multiple teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) and works with the RTE.
- Monitors and provides visibility regarding gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Encourages practices for identifying, tracking, discussing, and resolving cross-team dependencies, taking ownership of dependencies when necessary.
- Organizes and manages delivery processes.
- Collaborates with Product Owners and the core and extended teams to prioritize the product backlog.
- Supports processes to monitor iteration progress, resolve issues, and eliminate barriers to ensure sprint commitments are fulfilled, escalating to leadership as needed.
- Ensures compliance with the Technology SDLC process, Agile values, principles, and practices, actively encouraging teams to reflect and improve.
- Possesses a solid understanding of technology solutions.

Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience is essential.
- Up to 4 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFE, or other rapid application development teams is crucial.
- Familiarity with Agile Management tools such as JIRA or Rally is required.
