Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team on a locum basis. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred care to patients, undertaking assessments, developing care plans, and providing advice to patients and carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality person-centred approach to care delivery, considering patients' safety, privacy, and dignity.
- Undertake assessments of patients' care needs and develop programmes of care as part of the wider multi-disciplinary care team.
- Provide advice to patients and carers regarding their care.
- Plan, implement, and review health improvement programmes in a range of settings.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to students and junior staff in the team.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult).
- Recent nursing experience in the UK.
