What responsibilities will the Assistant Kitchen Manager hold?
- Preparing and presenting dishes in accordance with company standards.
- Overseeing orders, inventory, invoices, and food profitability.
- Mentoring your team alongside the Head Chef.
- Managing the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Collaborating closely with the General Manager to fulfill business requirements.
To excel as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you should possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Chef de Partie or Assistant Kitchen Manager.
- The ability to read, interpret, demonstrate, and execute all fundamental meat, fish, sauce, and side dish preparations as instructed by the supervisor.
