Machine Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operative to join our production team at our Bridgwater site. As a global independent soft drinks manufacturer, we have 78 manufacturing sites worldwide, including 6 in the UK. Our Bridgwater plant is our largest facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a production line and oversee our beverage filling machine
  • Report to the Shift Manager and work as a team to meet day-to-day production targets
  • Identify machine concerns and liaise with the engineer team on complex issues
  • Oversee production changeovers, cleaning the machine, and adjusting settings for optimal performance
