Position Overview

The Mid-Level Architectural Visualization Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality digital representations of architectural designs, landscapes, interiors, or products for various client projects. The primary clientele includes architects and property developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver visually engaging representations based on provided client materials.
  • Collaborate with fellow artists to enhance and finalize visual content.
  • Utilize rendering engines to achieve photorealistic results suitable for publication.
  • Adapt and modify visual content in response to client feedback.
  • Create additional assets such as furniture and props as needed.
  • Take charge of personal professional development and document progress.
  • Prepare educational materials for weekly showcase sessions.
  • Offer constructive feedback to peers to foster growth.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing a library of visual assets.
  • Establish effective lighting setups and compositions for visual projects.
  • Provide design insights and expertise when required.
  • Lead smaller projects with oversight from senior staff.
  • Engage in communication with clients and design teams under supervision.
  • Manage multiple deliverables across various projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess experience in creating visual content or graphic design layouts, with the following specific skills:

  • Familiarity with architectural blueprints.
  • Knowledge of textures and shaders.
  • Understanding of animation principles and rigging.
  • Experience in a studio setting.
  • Basic understanding of camera operations.
  • Foundational knowledge of the architecture sector.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of Corona rendering software.
  • This position requires full-time office presence.

Additional Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word at an intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software is a plus.
  • Background in architectural visualization, real estate, interior design, or marketing is preferred.
