About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Progressor to join our team at LSL Property Services Plc. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions, working closely with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate property chain details and financial qualification of purchasers
  • Liaise with parties involved in the property chain, including agents, financial advisors, surveyors, solicitors, and purchasers
  • Provide weekly updates to clients on transaction progress
  • Review surveys and specialist reports, resolving issues as necessary
  • Liaise with agents to inspect empty properties and chase reports
  • Negotiate with parties to maintain a complete chain
  • Participate in client/solicitor conference calls
  • Raise invoices with accounts department after exchange of contracts
  • Work towards individual and team targets in line with The PX Hub's financial forecast

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Work planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to defined policies and procedures

Working Arrangements

  • 27.5 hour contact, Monday and Friday
  • Part-time permanent contract, Monday to Friday rota pattern
  • Location: Bulwell office, with option to work from home after probation
