About the Role

We are seeking a talented researcher with experience in Li-ion battery cathode materials characterizations and cell fabrication to join our group working on an Innovate UK funded project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Characterize, test, and evaluate recycled materials and products at separate stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Test produced cathode materials in coin and pouch cells.
  • Provide training to industrial collaborators when required.
About the Project

The project focuses on working with industrial partners in the UK and Singapore to support their refining, recycling, and production processes to produce Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt oxide as Li-ion battery cathode materials.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary international team collaborating with industrial partners across Singapore and the UK to tackle the exciting challenge of recycling and reusing Li-ion battery materials.
