We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a beautiful medium-sized nursing home in Tooting. Our client provides high-quality nursing services to the elderly and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
Job SettingOur client requires a skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to work within a CQC-compliant nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, monitoring their health, and administering medication as required.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV administration
- Wound management and dressing
- Administering oxygen and other medications
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Leading a team of care assistants and providing guidance and support
- Liaising with the GP and multi-disciplinary team
- Paid breaks and flexible working hours
