- Food Safety
- Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our products.
- Conduct regular food safety audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure the delivery of quality objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in a related field, such as food science, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong experience in quality assurance, food safety, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
