Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™ is partnering with an innovative InsurTech business to find a Senior Product Analyst to join their team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our client's team. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and improving product performance within a startup or scaleup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and UCD, to drive product decisions.
- Utilise data science concepts and techniques, such as predictive modelling and segmentation, to inform product development.
- Work closely with the product team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and improving product performance within a startup or scaleup environment.
- Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Customer.io, and AppsFlyer or similar tools for funnel management and analytics.
- Highly collaborative approach, working in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and UCD teams.
- Used data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Familiar with data science concepts and techniques such as predictive modelling and segmentation.
- Experience in a relevant business type / vertical – Insurance, FinTech, data-driven products, SaaS, AI/ML etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or other advanced degree preferred.
