Job Opportunity

SRG is seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of analysts and scientists within the Quality Control department, providing key support to the manager and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Quality Control activities aligned to client projects, ensuring adherence to cGMP work practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement testing schedules, data analysis, and key metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, protocols, and methods to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to identify areas for continuous improvement and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the department, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or significant equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a Quality Control laboratory, working to GMP within a recognized quality system.
  • Extensive knowledge of analytical chemistry, including HPLC methods, and the ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing diverse teams and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory bodies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
